We are a group of competent and experienced engineers at resolving project-specific challenges and providing cost-effective solutions to contractors. Design objectives explicitly aim for practical and cost-effective construction and maintenance. Specialist input for high-risk temporary works is also provided to ensure "acceptable safety and economic outcomes".

Joas has over 35 years of experience in the civil engineering industry specialised in deep foundations, ground improvements and instrumentations monitoring. During this time he has been involved in many large scale engineering infrastructure projects in both Australia and Southeast Asia (Indonesia and Taiwan). This includes some signature projects such as Caval Ridge Coal Mine, Ipswich Motorway Upgrade, Northern Road Access Road and the Taiwan High Speed Rail Project.
In his senior engineering positions Joas has been responsible for managing projects worth over $20 million. It is through these roles that he has developed a diverse range of skills both technical and managerial. His skill set includes performing technical design, design reviews, tender preparation and construction management.

Yong Fang

Yong is an experienced geotechnical engineer and project manager and have been working in the deep foundations industry for civil infrastructure, and high-rise building sectors for over 30 years, in both Australia and Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines).
He has completed over 50 foundation projects in various ground conditions and applications, some recent noticeable Australia projects include foundation works for Westgate Tunnel Project (Melbourne), Crown Hotel Resort (Sydney), Legacy Way (Brisbane).
His noticeable contributions is to undertake and resolve technically challenging ground conditions and optimize engineering technique. As a Project Manager, he is also responsible for the overall commercial, contractual, technical, safety and quality performances of projects.
